Female Betta fish are not as beautiful as males ( not to be mean ). They don't have big fins, just normal boring fins. The are usually a red, blue, or a sea-green colour. Female betta fish have small fins and not much flare. They lay their eggs in the bubble nest that the male betta fish made for them.
